The pages describing conditions and treatments are general information, written to help you understand what a treatment involves before you come in. They are not a diagnosis and cannot replace an examination. What is right for your case depends on findings a doctor has to make in person.

In an emergency

Do not use this website. Call 0261 255 4700 or go to the nearest emergency facility.

Appointment requests

Submitting the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A time is confirmed only when reception calls you back and agrees it with you.

Paying for a consultation online

Where this site offers a paid consultation booking, the fee shown at checkout is the consultation charge only. It does not include investigations, procedures, implants, admission or any treatment that follows. Those are quoted separately once a doctor has examined you.

Payment is taken by Razorpay. You do not need an account with us to pay, and we never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details. Those go directly to Razorpay. What reaches us is your name, your phone number, the amount and Razorpay's reference for the payment.

Paying reserves a consultation and puts you in the queue to be called. It is still not a confirmed time: reception will ring you to agree a slot, exactly as with a free request. Paying does not create a doctor-patient relationship and is not a promise of any particular treatment, doctor or outcome.

Accuracy

We keep hours, departments and doctor details on this site current. If something here does not match what you are told at the hospital, what the hospital tells you is correct, and we would be grateful if you would let us know at omhospital47@gmail.com.
